Adobong Sitaw Recipe

Adobong Sitaw Filipino Food Adobong Sitaw is a combination of string beans and meat cooked with soy sauce and vinegar.


  • 1-3 tablespoons Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 kilo of Pork
  • 1/2 cup of Water
  • 3 bunches String Beans, cut 3 inch lengths
  • 1 Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Add garlic and onion to a pan and stir until it starts to get brown.
  • Add the pork and wait until it starts to get cooked.
  • Now add soy sauce and vinegar.
  • Add the water and string beans to the pan and let it boil for another 10 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper for taste.
  • Serve together with rice
