Galbi Gui Recipe

Galbi GuiRibs marinated and grilled.

Ingredients:

  • 16 Ribs
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 Asian Pear, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper, grounded

Instructions:

  • Add the onion and pear to a food processor and make a puree.
  • Put the puree in a bowl and add soy sauce, sugar, water garlic, sesame oil and pepper. Mix well
  • Use the mixture to marinate the ribs for 10 hours or overnight.
  • When done, grill the ribs 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Ready for serving.
