Ginatang Alimasag Recipe

Adobong Sitaw Filipino Food Ginatang Alimasag is a Crab dish cooked together with coconut milk

Ingredients:

  • 4 kilo Crabs
  • 1/2 kilo Squash, cut into medium cubes
  • 3 head Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, cut thinly sliced
  • 1 head Ginger, cut 1 inch lengths
  • 2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 1 bunches River Spinach
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

  • Add ginger and onion to a pan with cooking oil and stir until it starts to get brown.
  • Add coconut, milk and squash. Let it boil until the squash is cooked.
  • Now add the crabs and wait 10 minutes.
  • Add the gralic and river spinach.
  • Add salt and pepper for taste.
  • Serve together with rice
