Giniling Na Baboy Recipe

Adobo Filipino FoodGiniling na Baboys main ingredient is pork and it is sauteed together with vegetables in tomato sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1-3 tablespoons Cooking Oil
  • 1 kilo Pork
  • 5 Potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 2 Carrots, slice into cubes
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, cut thinly
  • 1 Red and Green Bell Pepper, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 can Pineapple Chunks
  • 3 Hot Dogs, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Green Peas
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes Sauce
  • Raisins
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

  • Add onion and ginger to a pan and stir. Also add chicken and wait until it starts to get brown
  • Add the jucie from the pineapple can and potatoes. Wait aprx. 15 minutes until potatoes is cooked
  • Add coconut milk and bell pepper. let it boil for 5 minutes
  • Add raisins and the pineapple chunk
  • Add salt and pepper for taste
  • Serve it together with rice
