Kai Phat Khing Recipe

Kai Phat Khing Thai FoodKai Phat Khing is a chicken dish stirfried with Ginger.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons Vegatable Oil
  • 8 oz Chicken, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Ginger
  • 1 cup Wood Ear Mushroom
  • 1/2 cup spring Onion, cut 1 inch pieces
  • Red Chili Pepper, sliced
  • Green Chili Pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce

Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a pan. When the pan is hot add the onion.
  • Add the chicken and wait until it starts to get brown.
  • Add wood ear mushrooms, ginger, red and green chili peppers, fish sauce and sugar. (aprx. 1-2 minutes).
  • Add spring onions and stir quickly.
  • Serve together with rice
