Kow Pad Recipe

Kow Pad Thai FoodKow Pad is a rice dish with prok served together with lime and cucumber.


  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 cup cooked Rice
  • 3 Chili Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Pork
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Lime, wedges
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Eggs
  • Pepper for taste


  • Take a wok pan and put it on high heat. Add the oil and meat, stir guickly. When the meat is cooked, set it aside.
  • Lower the heat a bit. Add egg and scramble until the egg is all cooked. Put it aside.
  • Add the fish sauce and soy sauce and stir.
  • Add rice, onion, garlic and tomato. Mix it all together and add pepper.
  • Add the broccoli and wait until it is cooked.
  • Serve together with the lime wedges, gren onion and sliced cucumber.
