Larb Moo Recipe

Larb Moo Thai FoodLarb Moo is minced pork mixed together with herbs.


  • 30 grams ground Pork
  • 2 tablespoons Mint Leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Lime Jucie
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice powder, roasted
  • 3 tablespoons Spring Onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground Red Chili, dried
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Shallot, chopped
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 wedger Green Cabbage
  • 5 Green Beans, trimmed and halved crosswise


  • Heat water in a stock pot. Add pork and wait until the pork is cooked.
  • When cooked remove the pot from the heat and drain the water. Transfer the cooked pork to a medium bowl.
  • Put kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce and the juice from the lime in the bowl you will serve the soup in.
  • Add the shallots, spring onions, coriander and most of the mint leaves.
  • Add the lime juice, fish sauce, rice powder, chili and sugar. Stir to combine everything.
  • Before serving garnish with the cabbege, green beans and the rest of the mint leaves. Serve together with rice.
