Lumpiang Baboy Recipe

Lumpiang Baboy Filipino FoodLumpiang Baboy is Philippine pork spring rolls.


  • 1/2 ground Pork
  • 1 Onions, sliced
  • 2 head Garlic, crushed
  • 2 Carrots, cut small cubes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 30 Lumpia Wrappers
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Add onion and garlic to a pan and stir it.
  • Add pork to the pan and wait 3 minutes.
  • Add carrots, potatoes and the eggs.
  • Add salt and pepper for taste.
  • Now take the mixture and roll it in lumpia wrappers
  • Fry them in preheated oil and let them cook until they get golden brown.
  • Put them aside on a paper towel and let them dry of.
  • Serve it together with sweet sour sauce and rice.
