Pad Thai Recipe

Pad Thai Thai FoodPad Thai is a wok with noodles, shrimps, egg and roasted peanuts.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten
  • 4 cups fresh Shrimp, uncooked
  • 1 Tablespoon Shallot, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Radish, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tofu Fry, diced
  • 1 handful Rice Stick Noodle
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1/4 cup Chives, cut 1 inch long
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Roasted Peanut
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup of Pad Thai Sauce

Instructions:

  • Heat 1 tblsp oil in a wok pan.
  • Add egg and cook it quickly and scramble it to small pieces. When done, set the egg aside.
  • Add 2 more tblsp oil in the same wok. Add shrimps and cook until done. Transfer to a bowl, set aside.
  • Add 1 tblsp oil to the wok. Add shallot, radish and tofu fry until aromatic.
  • Increase the heat on your pan. Add a handful of rice stick noodles, after this add water.
  • Fry this mixture for about 5 minutes until the noodles starts to get soft.
  • Add the Pad Thai Sauce, suger, the cooked egg, bean sprout, chive and cooked shrimps. Stir for aprx. 2 minutes until everything blends together.
  • Serve together with fresh lime, roasted peanuts and some bean sprout on the side.
