Panang Mu Recipe

Panang Mu Thai FoodPanang Mu is a pork dish stir fried with vegetables and a curry paste.


  • 150 grams Pork
  • 50 grams Cut Green Beans
  • 50 grams Baby Corn
  • 200 mililiter Coconut Milk
  • 50 mililiter Water
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red Curry Paste
  • 2 Kaffir Lime Leaves, sliced
  • 2 Red Chillies, sliced


  • First take the pork, clean it and chop into strips.
  • Put the oil in a frying pan, add the curry paste and fry over a medium heat.
  • Add the pork and fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Add the coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar and water while stiring. Wait until the pork is cooked.
  • Add the green beans and baby corn and fry it for 10-20 seconds.
  • Serve on a plate together with rice. Add chillies and lime leaves on the top.
