Spicy Noodles Recipe

Spicy Noodles Malaysian FoodSpicy Noodles made with chili and vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Egg Noodles
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch Spinach, stems removed, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chili Paste
  • 3 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper for taste
  • 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Green Peas

Instructions:

  • Take a large stock pot and bring it to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook them for 6-8 minutes. Drain them.
  • Heat the oil in a sauce or wok pan. Add the garlic and spinach and wait 1 minute.
  • Now add the cooked egg noodles, chili paste and ketchup and stir it well.
  • Make a hole in the center of the pan. Place the egg in the center and scramble it. Wait until egg is cooked.
  • Add sugar, salt and pepper for taste. and cook for another 6 minutes.
  • Add the sprouts and peas and cook for another 4 minutes.
  • Ready for serving.
