Ton Hoom Pad Hed Recipe

Ton Hoom Pad Hed Thai FoodTon Hoom Pad Hed is a stir fried mushroom dish.


  • 100 grams Oyster Mushrooms, chopped in half
  • 100 grams Spring Onion, chopped into 4 cm lengths
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced.
  • White Pepper
  • Vegetable Bouillon


  • Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic and let it fry for a few seconds.
  • Add the mushrooms, spring onions, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Let it fry for 1 minute
  • Add some pepper for taste.
  • Server in bouillon together with rice.
