Yam Tang Gua Recipe

Yam Tang Gua Thai FoodYam Tang Gua is a salad with sliced cucumber, tomato and egg dressed with Thai sauce.


  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced 1 inch lengths
  • 2 Green Onion, sliced
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Egg


  • Fry the egg until the white part is crispy. Cut it into small pieces.
  • Cut up the veggies and mix everything together.
  • Serve together with Thai sauce
